We had brunch with the roomie before he left for a month.

  • Vegetable Omelet – In my opinion, too much tomato in the omelet, the onion and peppers could have used more center billing.
  • Fat French Toast – Still the best breakfast item out there. Three large pieces of French bread with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  • Western Omelet – Not too bad. I personally would prefer thicker slices of ham but still this is alright.
  • Hash Browns- Thinly slice red potatoes grilled unto brown. Nice mixture of soft potatoes with crispy potatoes.
  • White Toast – Nice and buttery, toasted to the right degree.
  • English Muffin – Again really buttery and toasted well.

Decor: Honestly service here is the worse you will ever have. But you don’t come here for service, rather the cheap food. The place is kinda dark and the seats are a bit old. The place is decorated with Vienna memorabilia throughout.

Overall Assessment: ($, 6/10) – We use to like the place more, but the service just keeps getting worse and worse. I think we waited 30 minutes for our breakfast. Perhaps this place has gotten too popular for it’s own good. Still if you are looking for a cheap half decent meal, this is the place to be. We do think it is kinda cool how, it’s the honor system when it comes to paying.
