Got some cake for a church meeting tonight.
- Fruit Custard – The cake was a little on the dry side. However the layer of custard in the middle helped masked that a bit. The fruit on top was fresh and decorated well.
- Top to Bottom
- Black Forest – The cherry is a bit masked We liked the dark chocolate bitter undertones on the cake.
- Tres Leches – Very moist cake. Very smart of them to have a sting of chocolate up top as it adds a bit to the tres leches cake.

Decor: Very simple decor. The cakes are all on the right side of the store. The person who helped me seemed a bit annoyed at my questions and ambivalent; however, the cashier was much nicer and rather engaging. Basically a take out place, no place to sit.
Overall Assessment: ($$, 7/10) – The cakes are reasonably priced. They weren’t mind blowing cakes yet they were still rather good. I do wonder why the big cake tasted a bit more off than smaller slices? I doubt that they would have prepared it differently. Prices are reasonable as well.
