Seeing how I love the cherry cheesecake, I had to go try blueberry
- Blueberry Cheesecake Custard – Another winner, chunks of blueberry mixed with some graham cracker crumbs with cheesecake custard. Not as heavy on the cream cheese taste as in the Bordeaux cherry cheesecake.
- Plum with Honey and Thyme Sorbet – Mild thyme aftertaste. The plum and honey go well together. Could have used a bit more plum taste but it was still good.
- Buttermilk Sherbet – Interesting, very mild buttermilk taste with a twist of lemon to add some contrasting taste.
