By now, I’m sure you’ve seen the commercials denoting how Pizza Hut pasta duped some Italian restaurant eaters with their brand of pasta. This of course piqued our epicurean curiosity.
 |
- Baked Chicken Wings – Well we asked for mild but I guess the person on the other side of the phone thought it best to give as spicy. I always liked baked chicken wings more than the deep fried ones. The chicken was cooked well and the spices were pretty lively.

- Chicken Alfredo Pasta – As you can see from the pictures, this wasn’t very deep. I think the depth of the dish would be the equivalent of one rotini pasta. Good job Pizza Hut on making making the packaging look huge but delivering small. Seriously how does this feed a family of four? The chicken tastes like the chicken you get on the pizza and the Alfredo sauce was a little cheesy. i thought it was better of the two.

- Meaty Marina Pasta – The meat is really finely crushed into the pasta, you’ll have to look hard for it. The pasta sauce tastes like pizza sauce, what a surprise. Wife states it’s better than cafeteria pasta. What a ringing endorsement. I think it taste like someone popped open a Prego, add rotini and just baked for a few.

 |
- Breadsticks – Where did the dipping sauce go. The breadsticks were a little oily. there was lots of herbs and garlic sprinkled on top so it wasn’t too bad.

Decor: This is setup to be a carryout/delivery joint so there is all of two seats to wait for your food. be careful with ordering, wife had to repeat herself multiple times and yet our order still wasn’t correct.
Overall Assessment: ($, 3/10) – The pastas are not that great. In fact, I don’t know if the people from the commercial got a different pasta set then we did, they really were paid actors, or else their taste buds were just dead. I’m going to go with a little bit of all three.
